Fukashino residentsf Association Circular
This month, July, is Fumizuki.
June 22, 2024
The rainy season has yet to begin this year
Now the rice planting is complete, and we are approaching a hot summer. We will
continue to deliver various information this month, so we appreciate your
attention.
1. The Japan Red Cross donation collected
\364,400, which was delivered to Himeji City through the MIKUNINO District residentfs
Association. In the future, 10% of this amount will be returned to the residentfs
association as a subsidy, which can be utilized for various activities.
2. On Friday, June 7, at 9:30 AM, we
replanted flowers in front of the central and eastern community centers. As
last year, the four types of flowers—salvia, marigold, torenia, and
portulaca—are blooming beautifully. Please take a look.
3. On Saturday, June 8, rice planting was
conducted to produce rice straw for the Tondo Festival in January next year.
Harvesting will take place in October, and "Maita Maita"
will be made in December, so we encourage the participation of various groups.
4. On Tuesday, July 2, at 10:00 AM, a choir
performance by "Mikunino Sweet Home" will
be held at the "Nagomi" inside the East Community Center. Please come
and enjoy the wonderful singing.
5. On Sunday, July 7, from 7:00 AM, we will
conduct the annual cleaning of the HONDEN Canal. Due to a decrease in
cultivators this year, we ask landowners to cooperate. The responsible person
will guide you to the designated location, so please participate. Similarly,
for the HATAKEDA area, cleaning will be conducted on Sunday, July 14, from 7:00
AM.
5. On Sunday, July 7, at 7:30 PM, the first
Autumn Festival Executive Committee meeting will be held by the neighborhood
association and various groups. We aim to unify our intentions to hold the
Autumn Festival as usual this year.
6. On Saturday, July 12, from 6:00 PM, a
human rights study session for the entire MIKUNINO district will be held at MIKUNINO
Elementary School. Due to limited participants, as last year, this will be
handled by residentfs association officers and various groups.
7. On Sunday, July 13, from 8:00 AM, a
cleanup activity of the AMAKAWA Embankment will be conducted, sponsored by the Joint
residentfs Association. Fukashino residentfs
Association is responsible for the area from under theBANTAN
Road to the Kokubunji Cemetery. The members of association will cut the grass on the embankment.
This will make the roads easier to pass and safer.
8. The Senior Club-sponsored summer
vacation radio calisthenics will start at Otoshi
Shrine (Higashi no Miya) from 6:30 AM. We look forward to the participation of
many people. The period is from Monday, July 22 to Friday, August 9, excluding
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
9. The Children's Club-sponsored Summer
Festival will be held on Saturday, August 3, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We plan
to have stalls and a raffle to ensure families and children can enjoy the
event. Please come and join us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by
noise to the surrounding residents and appreciate your understanding and
cooperation.
10. On Sunday, August 4, from 7:00 AM, as
usual, the residentfs association officers will clean the cemetery area. Please
gather any trash in the cemetery square by the day before for disposal.
11. In June, the Himeji City Office
Beautification Division inspected the garbage bags at the food waste collection
site. Bags containing non-food waste or those not using designated bags were
left with a warning notice. Please be aware that garbage will not be collected
if the rules are not followed. Additionally, please ensure the blue net is
securely placed to prevent crows from scavenging after putting out the garbage.
If there is any damage or shortage of nets, please report to the neighborhood
association officers.
12. This month, the Himeji City
Agricultural Committee will distribute leaflets ("Request for Cooperation
in Agricultural Land Use Intention Survey") to each household as part of
the "Community Planning Activitiy." The
survey forms will be mailed to landowners' homes in late July. Please return
them using the provided return envelope after filling them out. For details,
please refer to the leaflet.
13. We offer our sincere condolences.
